OFFICINE TECNICHE is an Italian watch brand, born in 2019 with the mission to enhance founders passions: traditional mechanical watchmaking, the sea and timeless Italian design.
The founders respect the eternal tradition of traditional mechanics with the ambition to improve their products by including advanced solutions not typically found in the Microbrand sphere. This includes the choice of automatic mechanical movements, materials, and the design of the timepieces.
Today we take a look to their new watch, the Svper, an interesting diver available in different colors and combinations.
Officine Tecniche – Svper
This 40mm diver is super solid and really comfortable on the wrist. The dimensions really surprised me at first look and I really enjoy this timepiece.
The watch is powered by the LA JOUX-PERRET LJP-G100, which is a state-of-the-art mechanical automatic calibre offering a generous 68-hour power reserve.
This means you can leave it all weekend and find it still running until almost 3 days later.
This movement is completely designed and manufactured by the prestigious La Joux-Perret Manufacture based in La Chaux-de-Fonds, the heart of the Swiss watchmaking and micromechanics industry.
On my 16.5 cm wrist the watch looks absolutely awesome and is super comfortable. For the price of 749€ I think is a very good deal.
Right now there are 4 options available, Rodi, Varano, Gargano, Tremiti.

Svper is “Suitable for every context”
Elegant or casual, sporty or vintage, feel free to change style when you move from your passions to official occasions, simply by changing the strap adapter.
Founders have developed an integrated 316L stainless steel bracelet (very interesting design), so they have decided to use adapters to give you the freedom to use your favourite strap, be it leather, rubber, or nato, to suit every daily context.
All the timepieces are designed in their homeland. The mild sea, the bright sun, and the wild nature of the Gargano promontory are the perfect gears for the founders inspirations.
All the names of the Officine Tecniche collections are intended to inspire a piece of architecture created in 1731 in the place where legend has it that their homeland began to develop.
All the names of the variants of each Officine Tecniche collection aim to celebrate one of the places in the founders homeland.
