Today i want to show you the big Nubeo Explorer 1!
This watch has got some really big dimensions for very big wrists!
Nubeo portrays and takes inspiration from both the space and sea to create timepieces in tribute, in function and in design.
Each Nubeo timepiece is defined by performance, functionality yet with a design language that blends the organic and natural with the industrial in a manner that makes for a truly unique exhibition of time.
Explorer 1 was the first satellite launched by NASA into space.
It was the beginning chapter of what would be, and still is, an unfolding story of discovery, experimentation and exploration that continues to test, challenge and inspire the men, women and machines of the space program.
Inspired by the earliest space build and equipped for the rigours of the oceans, the Explorer has 200m of water resistance and a uni-directional turning bezel.
This muscularly-shaped, imposing tool watch uses the cut of angular-shaped watch design to create a very special timepiece.

IRIDIUM Watches is a Microbrand Watch Startup based in Singapore under the AUDRIC Brand. Iridium Watches proudly presents the Torpedo, a 300m rated Diver’s Watch.
With carefully picked components, regulated movements, its vintage styling and fun colours the Torpedo projects tropical vibes all through the day. Timing your dives was never more fun.
The Torpedo is a great everyday timer that can be worn in any situation. It is built as robust as all forthcoming IRIDIUM watches but has an elegant twist to it.
Excellent color options, a perfect size for every wrist, and a sturdy build are the hallmarks of the Iridium Torpedo.
Time your barbeque, wear it to the beach, pair it with summer shades, or dress it up with a Tux, the Torpedo is your essential companion.
CNC cut from Surgical Grade 316L Stainless Steel, a material used extensively in the shipping and seafaring world, each Torpedo watch is highly resistant to corrosion.
42mm wide and 51mm lug to lug are perfect dimensions for a Do-Anything-Go-Anywhere watch for the modern man.
A screw down crown with an engraved and luminous Iridium logo helps keep moisture out.
Unidirectional 120-click bezel on the Torpedo will be your faithful companion for all your timing activities. Actual depth diving or timing your microwave pizza, do it with the Iridium Torpedo and it’s fully lumed bezel markers (BGW9 Superluminova).
Taking cues from vintage diver’s watches we have purposefully used a domed sapphire crystal. It creates a mesmerising distortion right at the egde, while maintaining perfect visibility at all viewing angles. Sapphire crystals are also impervious to scratches due to regular wear.
Each Torpedo watch comes with a custom made fitted bracelet in Stainless Steel. 22m wide at the lug end, the bracelet features alternating beautiful brushed and polished elements.
A secure diver’s clasp (Ratchet Buckle) holds it together and screws in the links make for easy sizing.
Design wise we put our unique twist on the classic Jubilee style and came up with something different yet coherent.
Dial and Hands
Keeping it cool is the need of the hour and five carefully picked dial options give you tons of fun in these long and hot days.
The hour markers are laser cut and filled with BGW9 Superluminova for an extremely bright glow and enhanced visibility.
Laser cut hour and minute hands feature bright BGW9 Superluminova for long lasting legibility in the darkest of environs.
Beating at 28800 bph the venerable Miyota 9015 Automatic movement powers the Torpedo ever forwards.
We specially made custom rotors for your viewing pleasure. The movement is five point regulated and tested rigorously before the watch is shipped to you.

FANOS Watches is offering a great valued diver in the market with a workhorse Swiss movement and a case made from hardened Titanium!
Check them out on Kickstarter:
Montreal, Canada – Fanos watches launched their Kickstarter campaign for their first watch, theOsimiri, a rugged yet elegant diver made with fine attention to detail and high end specifications.
Fanos Watches was started in 2019 by a Canadian based team who wanted to offer a diver watch thatencompasses all the features found in premium brands, and more, at a fraction of the price.
Hardened Grade 2 titanium, a Swiss ETA 2824-2 automatic movement, 500m water resistance, screw-down & lumed crown, ceramic bezel and BGW9 SuperLuminova.
That is just a brief overview of the thought that went into this timepiece.
The Osimiri is available in two matte colours – black & blue. Kickstarter backers will have the choice between a hardened titanium bracelet with a milled clasp or a custom molded rubber strap matching the color selected – or both, as an add-on.
The Fanos campaign launched on Kickstarter on April 23rd 2021 with an initial goal of $ 59,000 CAD (Approx $48,485 USD).
Perks include a special Early Bird price of $605 CAD (Approx $594 USD), a saving of over $75 USD off the MSRP.
Stretch goals will allow for the inclusion of both straps with all orders and for an upgrade to an Elabore grade 2824-2 movement on all watches.
Nautage watches Microbrand started back in 2018 where the brothers Christian (architect & designer) & Allan (founder) decided to fulfil a personal dream of designing a modern interpretation of the classical dive watch.
They wanted to create an expression, which were more simple and straight forward. They sought inspiration in the Nordic design tradition and designed the watch with reference to nautical machinery and dive equipment.
Some words from NAUTAGE TEAM:
We experience and we explore. It’s what human beings require and what we crave.
This is NAUTAGE. Creators of a bold new watch and lifestyle brand, unique like you and tested to experience and withstand the forces of nature together. All with an eye on a safer planet and cleaner waters.
Originating from Denmark, we are and remain inspired by our roots, and the beauty and simplicity of Nordic design. It’s in our very being of who we are. Striving to achieve what has been our ambition, in 2018 we set out to create and illuminate a stylishly designed dive watch that journeys forward, while staying true to the modern simplicity of a timeless classic.
In 2021, this ambition has become a reality with the release of the first dive watch from NAUTAGE. We have a thirst for life, and we live to experience new adventures that await us. On land and under water.
Dive in for adventure, because while eternity is forever, life is finite. After all, actions speak louder than words. It’s time to make life count.
Here we are with the Milus Archimedes Watch Review!
Milus is a historic Swiss brand founded in 1919 and Archimèdes is the modern successor to their Super compressor model from the 1970s as well as the 666, the original model created a decade earlier.
This swiss made watch intrigued me from the beginning thanks to its design and its dial, simple, complete and compact.
Today I want to review it with you and I want to explain why I consider it one of the best choices for value for money.
First let’s start with the packaging, simple and minimal but at the same time useful. A comfortable leather travel case, containing watch and strap.
I really appreciated this choice because I have never loved bulky boxes that are always abandoned in the attic and I must say that many brands are moving towards this choice such as Oris with the mare nostrum model.
This watch is immediately ready to use, in fact, the strap is mountable through a button convenient and fast.
The case is brushed, with a diameter of 41 mm and a black dial and internal bidirectional rotating bezel.
Hhands are typical of vintage Milus 60s/70s “Broad Arrow” style and coated with SuperLuminova with excellent glow in the dark.
Milus Archimèdes – movement and features
This timepiece is powered by an ETA 2892A2 (TOP) movement with 42 hours of power reserve and is water resistant to 300 meters.
The crown is screw-down (as is the case back) while the crystal is sapphire with anti-reflective treatment.
In addition to all these features, the watch also has a helium valve, which I remember is used to allow the helium molecules to escape during immersion, avoiding creating any damage to the watch.
This watch is in my opinion a great choice mainly for 3 reasons and they are also the ones I evaluate every time I buy a watch:
History of the brand we are not talking about a brand born a few months ago but a historic watchmaker born in 1919 and has just turned 100 years old.
When you buy a watch we are not just buying a physical object but the price is also justified by the seriousness of the brand and the history behind it.
Quality of materials and movement. As soon as I wore the watch I immediately perceived the quality of the materials of which this timepiece is made, from the leather strap to the finishes of the case and dial, everything is in perfect harmony.
In addition, we are not talking about a basic movement but the choice of a TOP grade in my opinion justifies the price that I consider low.
Price in my opinion consistent, under 2 thousand euros and in an affordable range. We can have a Swiss Made watch with a great movement at a reasonable price.
Today we talk about skeleton watch and in particular the Ciga Design DLC.
I have always been attracted by this type of watches because I have always found interesting to be able to take a look deep into the watch and see every single mechanism that powers the timepiece.
After hearing a lot about ciga_design_uk , I decided to try one of their watches, the Z series DLC Automatic.
First of all, what does DLC mean? DLC means diamond-like carbon coating and is a process that forms a molecular carbon layer making the watch super resistant in any situation and with a very special finish.
Carbon atoms are applied in a plasma state to form a super compact layer.
For this reason, since the DLC process is very intense, only a small number of this series are produced every month.
The Z series DLC is powered by the SEAGULL ST2553JK movement and features sapphire crystal on top and on the back.
The packaging, book shaped and containing the two straps (one in leather and one in rubber) separated from the watch, already transmitting the sense of versatility that Ciga Design wants to give. In fact, the straps can be changed very quickly through a small button.
A watch certainly interesting and very affordable.
If you want to make a nice gift for Christmas the Ciga design is definitely for you!
The Sacred Craft – un packaging unico

Today I want to show you the microbrand Isotope watches, a watch that really surprised me and probably one of the best diver at such a competitive price.
After discovering this watch on Instagram I decided to review it through my Mrwatch93 page.
The diver in question is the Goutte d’Eau model, whose shape was conceived taking inspiration from the 1937 Talbot Lago t150 car. Seeing the case of the watch you immediately understand why.
Isotope watches has conceived this watch with a high quality diver in mind but with an absolutely contained shape (40 mm in diameter).
Isotope Watches – you decide the movement
This watch has several features that make it special. Starting first with the choice of automatic movement, we can in fact decide to have a Seiko NH38 movement (41 hours power reserve and accuracy -20/+40 seconds per day) or a SwissMade Sellita SW2000 movement (38 hours power reserve and accuracy -12/+12 seconds per day).
316L steel, sapphire crystal and water resistance up to 200 meters complete the qualities of this watch, along with the obviously screw-down crown and internal rotating bezel.
Among the features that struck me most we have the colors of this watch starting from the second hand, until the strap born and the crown that moves the inner bezel, all these elements always present the same color harmony.
In fact, Isotope Watches are available in green, red, blue, yellow and orange!
