Giuseppe Marasco CYRUS Genève introduces its latest novelties unveiled at Watches and Wonders 2023.
A new Double Independent Chronograph and two new models featuring a GMT function.
CYRUS Genève has introduced the latest novelties unveiled at the prestigious Watches and Wonders exhibition at the end of March.
The Swiss manufacturer has presented a new version of its Independent Double Chronograph, the KLEPCYS DICE LIME CARBON with a new luminescent carbon bezel on a titanium case and a new titanium bracelet. A first in the CYRUS collections. The watch is a limited edition of 50 pieces with metal bracelet and 50 pieces with green Cordura strap.
KLEPCYS DICE LIME CARBON is equipped with the in-house manufacture self-winding movement, calibre CYR718. An unprecedented and innovative movement developed by master watchmaker Jean-François Mojon that boasts two totally independent chronographs in a single case.
In addition to KLEPCYS DICE LIME CARBON, CYRUS Genève presented a revamped version in the KLEPCYS GMT RETROGRADE collection and introduced the new KLEPCYS GMT OCEAN BLUE & KLEPCYS GMT PALM GREEN.
Renewed in terms of aesthetics, these models are time instruments designed to be “user-friendly” and intuitive, displaying local time and home time simultaneously.
Featuring a more contemporary look in which blue and green colours, obtained by ALD (Atomic Layer Deposition) treatment, play a starring role, both models are produced in a double limited edition of 38 pieces with the new titanium bracelet and 38 pieces with a grey Cordura strap.
CYR708 Calibre
Both timepieces are fitted with the automatic CYR708 manufacture calibre beating at 28.800 vibrations per hour, with variable inertia balance wheel (the 2020 models carry an annular balance wheel), and offers 55-hour power reserve, provided by a single winding barrel. The decoration of the bridges is refined, with hand-finished edges using the anglage technique.
The openworked single-block oscillating mass with soleil decoration sports a new look, and has been adorned with the Maison’s logo and the engraved motto “The Conquest of Innovation. The more traditional, conservative anthracite grey has been cast aside; the rotor is ALD-coated in Ocean Blue or Palm Green, the same colours featured on the dial.
